    A	– Assisting the Company Secretary :
    	– to verify shareholders and proxies including shareholdings against the ROD
    	– to ensure the validation of the voting and proxy forms
    	– to check the shareholders list who would be qualified to attend the Virtual AGM against the ROD
    	– to assist the co sec in the documentation of the Admin Guide, FAQ, e-voting procedure and Chairman outline speech
    	– to assist the co sec in the generation of the link form for the 1st level security onboarding process
    B	– Generating the online list of shareholders including those who have voted earlier via voting form and proxy form
    C	– Generating ME IDs for the purposes of signing into the Virtual AGM and master list of email database given by the Co Sec.
    D	– Sending reminders to qualified shareholders of the Virtual AGM on the day prior to the AGM day.
